Adolescents
Being a teenager can feel overwhelming, and lonely at times. I offer therapy for adolescents from 14 years+ in a calm, supportive space where they can talk openly, feel understood, and be met with kindness and respect. Therapy can help teens make sense of emotions, reduce anxiety and improve self-esteem, and learn healthy ways to cope with stress, relationships, and change.

Relationships
Relationships can bring joy, connection, and meaning—but they can also become sources of stress, misunderstanding, or pain. Whether you're navigating conflict, communication breakdowns, or emotional disconnection, therapy offers a space to reflect on patterns and make sense of what's happening in your relationships. Stress/ Depression/ Anxiety

Dreams

I work with clients to explore the symbolic meaning of dreams and the emotional material beneath disrupted sleep, drawing from psychodynamic, Gestalt, and trauma-informed approaches.

Trauma
Understanding trauma starts with noticing how it lives in the body and mind. Whether shaped by a single event or built up over time, trauma can leave a deep imprint. Awareness creates space for compassion, connection, and the beginning of true healing. I offer a safe, supportive space to begin the process of healing and letting go.

Personal Development
Life will bring stress and hardship, but resilience is the ability to adapt and recover. Psychotherapy and counselling can help you build the inner strength to face challenges with confidence. Recognising and regulating your emotions is essential for mental health and strong relationships. Therapy supports the development of emotional insight and skill.

Inner Child work
Inner child work involves gently reconnecting with the younger parts of ourselves that may still carry pain or unmet needs from the past. Many adult struggles like anxiety, low self-worth, or feeling stuck, often stem from these early wounds. This work is about creating a compassionate space to heal, fostering self-acceptance, and easing self-criticism.

Psychoeducation
Sometimes we find ourselves stuck in patterns. My therapy offers a space to learn about what’s going on underneath, why we react the way we do, where certain feelings come from, and how our past might still be influencing us. When we start to understand ourselves better, life feels a little less heavy and a lot more manageable. It’s not about fixing you; psychoeducation is about giving you the tools and knowledge to feel more at home in yourself.

Anger Issues
Anger can show up fast and loud, afterwards, often leaving one feeling guilty, confused, or wondering, “Why did I react like that?” A lot of people come to therapy because they’re tired of the impact it’s having on their lives. Together, we can look at what your anger might really be trying to say and help you make sense of it all, so you can feel more in control and respond in ways that help you.

Addiction
Addiction often begins as a way to cope with overwhelming feelings, unresolved trauma, or a disconnection from the pain. I work with clients to gently explore the emotional landscape beneath the addiction, helping them understand not just the “what” but the “why.” Together, we create a safe space that is compassionate, non-judgmental, in this context, is not just about giving something up; it’s about reclaiming parts of the self that have been lost, silenced, or buried.

Life Events
Life has a way of catching us off guard sometimes, which leaves us feeling lost or overwhelmed. Whether you're navigating a breakup, dealing with loss, facing a big change at work, or just feeling stuck, it’s normal to feel a bit shaken. My service is a place where you can pause, breathe, and talk things through, without judgment. It helps you make sense of what’s going on inside and find your footing again. You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. Reaching out for support can be the first step toward feeling like yourself again.

Psychodynamics
Psychodynamics Shadow work is the process of exploring the unconscious parts of ourselves, the thoughts, emotions, and patterns we often hide or deny. In psychotherapy, it helps us understand our triggers, release suppressed emotions, and integrate all aspects of our personality. The benefits include greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, healthier relationships, and a deeper sense of authenticity and inner peace. By facing our shadow, we bring light to what was hidden, creating space for growth and transformation.

Workplace Mental Health Support
I offer therapy for workplace-related concerns, including stress, burnout, bullying, conflict, anxiety, and loss of confidence at work. Conscious Connected Breathwork
Conscious connected breathwork helps the body release tension, calm the nervous system, and improve vitality, while inner child breathwork supports healing old wounds with compassion and restoring a sense of wholeness. Through the breath, we can let go of the past and create space for new insights to land, and when combined with psychotherapy, breathwork offers a grounded way for both body and mind to release, integrate, and grow.
