
Losing someone—or something—important to you can shake the foundation of your world. It’s not something you “get over,” but something you gradually learn to live with.
Grief is personal. It doesn’t follow a script, and there is no right way to feel. You might experience sadness, anger, guilt, numbness—or all of these at once. You might feel lost in daily life or overwhelmed by the quiet moments. Therapy can provide a space to begin processing your experience and moving toward healing at your own pace.
